Passports for KiM citizens to be issued in Belgrade

According to his words the EU wants to know what would happen if Serbia would get visa suspension. Would that mean that those visas would be suspended in all other countries in which citizens might seek Serbia citizenship?
Dacic said that Serbia citizens are entitled to passport and that our country has fulfilled all conditions for the ‘white Schengen’.
‘All issues regarding visa liberalization are operational and they do not concern any political conditions. We are considering purchase of software for inclusion of a finger print into the chip since that shall be a trend in Europe in the years to come’, Minister Dacic said.
